Flight Engineer's Panel (Post-Accident Configuration)
The graphic below shows the flight engineer's panel in the cockpit. It illustrates the location of the post-accident dual aft cargo door warning lights. In the pre-accident configuration, the airplane was equipped with a single set of cargo door warning lights. It also did not have the Cargo Door Indicator Test switch.
